Jay Huff - 20 years of Camp​

When we say the spirit of NBC Camps leaves an indelible mark, we mean just that: Jay Huff, an extraordinary athlete who, in addition to having played on our own courts, now plays on the biggest stage in the world: center for the Indiana Pacers!

Jay’s journey in professional basketball speaks for itself and is a testament to extraordinary success. In 2019, he became an NCAA champion with the prestigious Virginia Cavaliers, and once he reached the pros, he continued to demonstrate his immense value, winning the NBA G League’s Best Defensive Player Award in 2023, before settling permanently in the top American league with the Pacers.

But what makes us incredibly proud is the deep and enduring bond Jay has with our family. Huff has lived the full camp experience for several years: first as a player, sweating on the court, and then as a coach, returning to instill in the younger players the same work ethic, technical secrets, and human values ​​that brought him to the NBA.

Jay Huff is the perfect example of what it means to be an NBC athlete: humility, unwavering dedication, and a constant desire to push one’s limits.
